Rang up. Got in the very next day. I live a bit of a distance away so they gave me a loan car for the day. Much appreciated.

I have used North Star for 30 years, from the previous to today’s owner. I have found them trustworthy, reliable, thorough and accurate in their summary of work needed. The current owners have carried on the North Star tradition for excellent service. I thoroughly recommend them

"I recently took my car to North Star Motors for a repair to the PDK speed and distance sensor. The communication was great throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on the progress. I especially appreciated that the quoted price was the exact final price, with no surprise fees. They got my transmission shifting flawlessly again, and I highly recommend their honest and reliable service for specialized work."

I am posting a 5 star review as I recently took my Jaguar F- type in for repair of the dreaded Ypipe. I was delighted to find a very knowledgeable mechanic who talked me through the entire process and allayed any fears I had that they would come unstuck with what I knew was going to be a big job.
They did a fantastic job exactly as and when they said they would and detailed not only the interior and exterior of the car but the entire engine bay too. Not only that but they actually came in under their estimate. I would not consider taking my car anywhere else in future. Thank you.
